Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Secure Storage: Safe Clean, including paid subscriptions and in-app purchases offered through the Apple App Store.

Effective date: September 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing or using Secure Storage: Safe Clean, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms form an agreement between you and the app developer regarding your use of the service.

You must use the app only in accordance with applicable law, App Store rules and these terms.

2. Description of the Service

Secure Storage: Safe Clean provides utility features that may include smart cleanup, duplicate detection and review, a secure storage or vault experience, password generation, saved credential organization, two-factor authentication tools and private browsing functionality.

Features may be changed, improved, removed or replaced over time. Some functionality may depend on your iOS version, hardware capabilities, device permissions, available storage, App Store region or active subscription status.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the app except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you choose to add to the app, for reviewing items before deleting them, for maintaining backups where appropriate and for protecting your device against unauthorized access. Cleanup and duplicate-review features are decision-support tools; you should verify items before permanent removal.

You are also responsible for maintaining access to third-party accounts for which you store passwords or 2FA information. The app is not responsible for account lockouts caused by lost devices, deleted authentication secrets, changed third-party account policies or failure to maintain recovery methods.

5. Password Generator, Vault and 2FA Features

Password and authentication features are provided as convenience and security-support tools. A generated password does not guarantee that a third-party account cannot be compromised. You should follow the security guidance of the relevant website or service and maintain appropriate recovery information.

If you use the app to store private content or credentials, you remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and security implications of that content.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The app may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases that unlock premium features. The available plans, duration, price and included features are shown in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by country or region and may be changed for future purchase periods as allowed by Apple.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation. Apple processes the transaction. We do not directly collect your full payment-card details.

7. Auto-Renewal

Unless otherwise stated in the purchase screen, an auto-renewable subscription renews automatically until canceled. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within the period established by Apple before the end of the current subscription term.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

8. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If the app offers a free trial, introductory price or promotional period, the exact duration and eligibility conditions will be displayed in the purchase interface. Unless canceled before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price shown at the time of purchase, subject to Apple's rules.

Eligibility for trials and promotional offers may be determined by Apple and may be limited to certain users, devices, accounts, regions or previous purchase histories.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed and administered by Apple. Requests for cancellation or refund must be made through the mechanisms provided by Apple. Any refund decision is subject to Apple's policies and applicable law.

Canceling an auto-renewable subscription generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for the current billing period. Premium features may remain available until the end of the period already paid for, depending on Apple's handling of the subscription.

If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase from an end user, we reserve the right to provide Apple with information regarding the user's in-app purchase consumption. This includes the following data: app usage time, anonymous account identifier, total amount spent, and total amount refunded.

10. App Store Terms

You acknowledge that these terms are between you and the app developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content except to the extent required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.

In the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, in accordance with App Store rules and applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.

Apple and its subsidiaries are intended third-party beneficiaries of these terms with respect to your licensed use of the app and may enforce the applicable license provisions against you.

11. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The developer does not sell or transfer your personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties. Certain limited purchase-consumption information may be provided to Apple when required to process or evaluate an App Store refund request, as described above and in the Privacy Policy.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use the app to violate law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with the operation of the service, bypass technical limitations, attempt unauthorized access to systems or use the app in a way that could damage, disable or overload its functionality.

13. Third-Party Services and Websites

The app may be used in connection with third-party websites, accounts or services, including websites for which you create passwords or configure 2FA. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies and security practices. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content or behavior of third-party services.

14. Private Browsing Limitations

Private browsing is designed to reduce certain local traces within the app but does not make you anonymous on the internet. Websites, network providers, DNS services, employers, schools, device-management tools or other parties may still be able to observe or retain activity depending on your environment and network configuration.

15. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, modify or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, technical compatibility, legal compliance or product development. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that the app will work with every future operating system version or device configuration.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of access to a third-party account or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims or losses arising from your unlawful misuse of the app, your violation of these terms or your infringement of another person's rights.

19. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict or terminate access to features where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, enforce these terms, comply with law or protect the service and its users. Subscription cancellation and refund rights remain governed by Apple and applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use as the app evolves or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the app after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

21. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase terms displayed in the app, form the agreement governing your use of the service.

22. Contact
